Tigre Morado

This Peruvian cevichería has a fantastic bar and very good ceviche. You can tell that ceviche is made for Argentines when it doesn’t have any kick to it. I had to ask for extra ají (spicy pepper) to add to my ceviche, but with that addition it suddenly became a very authentic Peruvian ceviche.
