Bracamonte Hotel
This is the best hotel in Huanchaco! It’s also the quietest and has the best pool, which is perfect on days when the waves are too big to relax on the beach. Huanchaco is known for surfing, which means the beach isn’t always great for swimming. If you’re there for the surfing, the best beach for long waves is a short walk across the road from Bracamonte. The surfing is good year-round and Peru’s northern coast is a desert, so you’ll have sunny skies any time of year.
