Rúcula Restaurant

Under the same owner as next-door Organika and Yaku on the other side of the plaza, Rúcula has a similar menu to Organika. The service is okay, but not great. I’ve been twice for dinner and on both occasions had to ask multiple times for simple things like ketchup or another drink.

Three Quinoas Risotto

This was delicious but not as creamy as a rice risotto.

Vegan Burger

The vegan burger had great flavor but fell apart completely.

Goat Cheese Salad

There was very little goat cheese and beneath the surface, it was all lettuce.

Quinoa Chaufa

This was my favorite thing I’ve tried at Rúcula. The flavors were great and the ratio of quinoa to veggies and garnish was just right.
