Sushimura Cevisushi

This hole in the wall has fantastic Peruvian sushi and great ceviche.

Don’t expect Japanese sushi - Peru has its own flavors and styles. Do expect to be surprised and delighted by the combination of flavors and how well the rolls are made. Sushimura has a limited menu (below) and everything on it is fantastic. You have to ask for wasabi, which I thought was odd, but true to Peruvian style you are served several sauces for dipping. Sushimura goes beyond soy sauce to inclue teriyaki, home-pickled ginger and a creative passionfruit sauce.

How to get there

Sushimura is across the street from La Bo’M, on Calle Carmen Alto 228.
