Southern beaches

I spent a week on the island of Koh Lanta, at the far southern end where I hardly saw any other tourists. We were next to a nature preserve and there were so many fish to see simply snorkeling from the beach. However, the water was so warm that in the heat of the day I stayed in the swimming pool, which had big trees shading it.
